Integrity Polish Refund Policy

At Integrity Polish, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of detailing services, all services rendered are generally non-refundable once completed. However, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will gladly address any concerns and make it right.

 

Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in deposit forfeiture.

 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

• If any area of the service did not meet expectations, we offer a touch-up or correction, rather than refunds, when reported within 24 hours.

Ceramic Coatings / Specialty Services

• Due to the time, preparation, and materials involved, ceramic coatings, paint protection services, and specialty treatments are non-refundable once performed.

Weather / Mobile Service Rescheduling

• Appointments affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
